Shipping & Returns

Please consult the page below in order to access the delivery fees, shipping delays and minima for free shipping applied to each destination by Sculpture Perfumes' website.

Shipments within EU

All orders for EU are shipped delivery, duties and taxes paid (DDP). Free shipping is applied on all purchases above 150€ and orders are delivered by our carrier within 2-3 days after being taken in charge. The same policy applies on orders for Norway, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

Shipments outside EU

All orders to areas outside EU are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU), which means duty fees and import taxes are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers. Furthermore, we do not deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO, or freight forwarding addresses.

Returns

You may return products purchased from uswithin ten (10) days after receiving the order. We are not able to accept any returns of any products which are not in their ‘original’ condition or have been opened. Please e-mail contact@nikos-sculpture.com to request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) while including the Order Number and the Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned. You may then prepare the return box and write the R.A.N. on the airway bill, to be filled and placed on the box.
