3. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

4. Orders

An order becomes binding only once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been sent.
Sculpture Perfumes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of fraud, payment issues or stock unavailability.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the destinations listed on the website.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers residing in the European Union benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of goods.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned unless defective.

7. Returns and Refunds

Unused products in their original packaging may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned goods.

8. Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers should contact customer service within 14 days of delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned except where otherwise required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer's country of residence.
